Negotiate SPQMOQ Leadtime Payment term.Etc.

Submit thecompetitive quote to Sales team for CompetitiveBid.

Negotiatingbetter price to improve Our Margin and Updating ERP on time forOrdering

Sanity check ofERP at regular interval to ensure system is configured with rightdata without impacting theMRP.

Good at ytics onSpend and Drive cost reduction initiative to improve theMargin.

Should havecapability to handle the igned project as a SPOC &coordinating with the CFT team to achieve theResult

Coordinate andSupport CFT & Purchase team to ensure Smooth function ofSupply chain &Operation.

Must have S SAPMM HANA MS Office :Excel PPT Good Communication andytics



Job profile: Work with the respective project leaders to get thekits completion data on a daily basis. Run the simulation of Kitcompletion on SAP and ensure that the kits are complete in allrespects. Prepare the WO's on SAP for the completed kits. Releasethe kitting plans to stores with priority to complete the kits. Onreceipt of kits completion details from stores, co-ordinate withproduction to collect the same. Attend the daily review meetingwith the production team to review the plan v/s achieved. Escalatethe gaps b/w the plan v/s actuals to Planning and productionmanager to bridge the gaps. On receipt of FGTN, send the FG readydetails to project management. On receipt of project managementconfirmation, send the Invoicing instructions to concernedinvoicing team. WO's closure in the ERP on daily basis (TECO).Monitor the WO's by ageing and work with the production team toclose the work orders. Track and monitor excessinventory/obsolescence and share the information to PM/SCM forfurther actions. To approve MR for material drawing. Run MRP. To dousage correction in work orders. Monitor the ECN implementationplans drawn by the CFT team to ensure the WIP, FG and kits areexecuted as per the ECN Implementation plans.
