Amazon is looking for a Program manager to be part of the team building a network for large new category for Amazon India in Healthcare.

You will be both an entrepreneur building from scratch and an operator who would execute to grow and scale the business. You will work on executing and evolving the mechanisms and operating procedures to deliver the highest standard of customer experience at scale. You will partner with product / tech. medical and legal teams to deliver on this critical capability for customers. You will work in ambiguity, building and communicating clearly and ensuring that your program drive fulfilment of customer needs, business excellence at scale and long term priorities constantly.

This is a large category with rapidly growing online share and there is significant room to innovate and solve key customer problems. As an program manager, you will be expected to spike on the following abilities:

1) High ownership to programs and deliver on the highest standard of customer experience

2) Strong prioritization skills with ability to balance customer experience with business priorities.

3) Skills to work across stakeholders and functions to communicate, convince and deliver for the goal and

4) Ability to deliver results , while working in dynamic environment

- Build and execute supply side programs to deliver desired customer experience at scale

- Ability Deep dive and acquire knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving problems

- Ability to rollout programs around performance improvement, cycle time improvement, delivery experience etc,

- Clear, effective communication to present customer backward view, decision points or data based arguments that enable delivering on the goal.

- Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.

- Relentless program management to deliver on critical goals in compressed timeframe
