YOUR ROLE
The Financial Technology & Data Manager will play a vital role in driving the digital transformation within the APAC finance function.
You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimizing financial systems and processes across the region. This includes leading efforts in systems integrations, process improvements, robotic process automation (RPA), and financial tools procurement & implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead regional financial system integration projects to ensure seamless financial operations and data consolidation.
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and leveraging technology solutions to enhance productivity.
• Implement RPA and other automation technologies to reduce manual work and increase accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain an analyst report that tracks the performance and productivity/resource/cost impact of implemented technologies and process improvements.
• Manage the procurement, implementation, and optimization of financial tools and technologies to support the regions’ growth and strategy.
• Collaborate with Headquarters, IT and other departments to ensure the alignment of financial technology solutions with overall business/ERP systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in financial technology and data management practices, ensuring the region maintains a competitive edge through innovation.

• Provide training and support to finance team members to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.

YOUR PROFILE
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial technology role with a proven track record of successful system implementations and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Extensive experience with financial software systems, ERP implementations, and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of RPA tools and experience in implementing automation in a finance context.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and cross functional stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and influence across all levels of the organization.
• External/Internal Audit or consulting background preferred but not compulsory
