Overview:The JavaArchitect plays a crucial role in designing and implementingJavabased solutions that align with the organizations overallarchitecture. This position is vital for ensuring the scalabilityperformance and security of Java applications and it involvescollaborating with crossfunctional teams to create robust andefficient systems.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead the design anddevelopment of complex Javabased applications andsolutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders todefine architectural requirements and designsolutions
  • Provide technical leadership andguidance to development teams
  • Conduct codereviews and provide best practices for applicationdevelopment
  • Identify and address technicalrisks and issues in Java projects
  • Ensureadherence to coding standards software design principles andarchitectural best practices
  • Participate in theselection and implementation of relevant technologies andtools
  • Optimize Java applications forperformance scalability andsecurity
  • Collaborate with product managers andother stakeholders to understand businessrequirements
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of software development processes andpractices
  • Stay updated with industry trends andbest practices in Javadevelopment
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Java developerwith a strong understanding of enterpriselevelarchitecture
  • Demonstrated expertise in Javaframeworks and technologies such as Spring Hibernate andJ2EE
  • Experience in designing and implementinghighperformance scalable and secure Javaapplications
  • Proficient in objectorienteddesign and development principles
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellentleadership and communicationabilities
  • Experience in mentoring and coachingdevelopment teams
  • Understanding of cloudtechnologies and microservicesarchitecture
  • Ability to work effectively in acollaborative fastpacedenvironment
  • Certifications in Java and relatedtechnologies would be an advantage
  • Familiaritywith agile methodologies and DevOpspractices
  • Good understanding of databasetechnologies and integrationpatterns
  • Experience with version controlsystems such as Git
  • Strong understanding ofsoftware security principles and bestpractices
