Purpose Statement :

The HR Analyst (Enterprise Data Management) will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

It involves active collaboration with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, developers, and system administrators, to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions.

It requires detailed understanding of both business processes and technological solutions and must be factual and correct; there is no room for error.

Role: HR Analyst - Enterprise Data Management

Outputs / Key Accountabilities:

System Architecture Design and Data Management : Assist in maintaining the HR data systems architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals. Manage data integration between HR systems and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Create and maintain Enterprise data elements such as Legal entity, Business Units mapping in all applicable HR Systems. Data Integration and Governance: Review and coordinate data integration between HR systems and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency as per company definitions standards and naming conventions. Coordinate and supervise Enterprise structure changes to be made by Technology team, as required by business units. Technical Support: Provide technical support for HR systems architecture, troubleshooting issues and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional teams (HR, Technology, Finance, Legal and other departments) to understand business reporting and deliver effective solutions. Compliance and Security: Ensure HR systems architecture complies with the global data council standards, legal requirements, and internal organisational policies.  Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of HR systems architecture and configurations. Project Coordination: Coordinate HR systems projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely completion. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, Finance analysts and HR administrators, to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Required Competencies:

High sense of ethics and confidentiality to safely handle people data Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in data management and dashboard reporting Familiar with Enterprise systems and their data structures, including Enterprise data mapping Project Management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving competencies Proficient in data analysis using Excel with around 500,000 lines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing large data Ability to work independently under limited supervision, with solid organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong sense of communication to successfully interact and collaborate with multi-cultural teams.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems, Data science, Business analytics or related matter.

TOGAF Certification would be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience: 

Minimum 4-5 years proven success in a similar role, in an international environment preferably with diverse businesses.
