RoleOverview:We are seeking adynamic and experienced professional to join an esteemedorganization as the Head of Accounts &Finance (HOD). The ideal candidate will play apivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the company andensuring sound financial management by industry bestpractices.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Budgetingand Forecasting:
  • Develop andmanage the annual budgeting process ensuring alignment withorganizational goals.
  • Conduct regular financialforecasting to provide insights for strategicdecisionmaking.
  • Direct &Indirect Taxes:
  • Ensurecompliance with all direct and indirect taxregulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in taxlaws and implement necessary adjustments in financialstrategies.
  • Policies andProcedures:
  • Establish andmaintain robust financial policies andprocedures.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensureadherence and recommend improvements asneeded.
  • FinanceOperations:
  • Oversee daytodayfinancial operations including accounts payable accounts receivableand general ledger activities.
  • Streamlineprocesses to enhance efficiency andaccuracy.
  • SAP FICOKnowledge:
  • Demonstrateproficiency in SAP FICO utilizing the system to optimize financialprocesses.

QualificationsandExperience:
  • QualifiedChartered Accountant (CA) with 1015 years of experience including78 years postqualification.
  • Proven track recordin financial leadership roles preferably in the ConstructionInfrastructure or EPCindustry.

Reportingand TeamManagement:
  • Reportdirectly to the CEO and Deputy CFO providing regular updates onfinancial performance and strategicinitiatives.
  • Supervise and lead a team of 34finance professionals initially fostering a collaborative andhighperformance workculture.

TravelRequirements:
  • Theposition requires 34 days of travel per month to various plantlocations for onsite financial assessments andcoordination.

  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead andinspire a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
