  What You'll Do

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager in our Email Security Business. As cyber threats continue to evolve, email remains the #1 threat vector, emphasizing the need for advanced security solutions. We need a dedicated, growth-driven leader to guide our initiatives and innovate our strategies in this key area.

The role of the Product Manager involves the effective communication of complex ideas, and influencing decisions across diverse teams including Engineering, Sales, and Customers. You will be making key product strategy decisions, crafting product development roadmaps, and driving solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Experience with both Gateway and SaaS Email solutions is a significant plus.

As part of our team, you'll join a vibrant collective of Product Managers who collaborate closely with diverse departments to drive business success. Together with engineering and operations, you'll transform product strategies into tangible solutions. With sales and marketing, you'll align product innovation with customer needs and market trends. As part of the bigger picture, you'll interact with executive stakeholders, leveraging their insights to shape the strategic direction of our products.

Who You Are

As a Product Manager on the team, you excel in communicating complex ideas, making the intricate understandable for all stakeholders. You're data-savvy, using insights to inform your decisions, and drawing upon your rich professional experience to overcome challenges. More than just analyzing data, you are a bold decision-maker, undeterred by uncertainty, and ready to take calculated risks. With your blend of communication skills, analytical acumen, and courageous decision-making, you'll serve as the driving force steering our product in a dynamic and evolving market landscape.

At a minimum, you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in product management within the tech industry. Your focus has been on email security or cybersecurity, and you've demonstrated hands-on experience with both Gateway and SaaS solutions. You're equipped with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. You possess a deep understanding of technology trends related to email security, and you're known for your ability to develop product and marketing strategies, effectively communicating recommendations to executive management.
