Job Description: We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Kimoha Technology. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for our social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
  • Assist in managing and growing our online community, fostering positive relationships with followers and potential customers.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, and Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
