We are hiring for two key roles – Social Media Marketing Specialist and WhatsApp Marketing Executive – both critical in driving brand awareness and customer engagement. 1. Social Media Marketing Specialist


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , etc.).
  • Create engaging and creative content for social media posts (graphics, videos, and captions).
  • Monitor trends, track engagement, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Manage paid campaigns and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).


2. WhatsApp Marketing ExecutiveResponsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the WhatsApp Business account for customer engagement.
  • Create and manage WhatsApp catalogue ads and track their performance.
  • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, addressing queries and driving conversions.
  • Handle WhatsApp Business verification and maintain compliance with platform policies.


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in WhatsApp marketing or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business features, including catalogue ads.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
