Location : Mohali (Chandigarh)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in content creation, videography, photography, and digital marketing, along with a strong focus on online reputation management (ORM). This role involves crafting engaging content, building brand presence across social platforms, and driving audience engagement through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute creative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
* Plan, create, and edit high-quality content, including photos, videos, and reels, to share across various platforms.
* Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to customer interactions and reviews.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall campaigns and goals.
* Utilize videography and photography skills to produce captivating visual content that resonates with the target audience.
* Edit videos and photos to ensure professional quality and alignment with brand aesthetics.
* Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
* Analyze metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and photo-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar).
* Experience with videography, photography, and reel-making for social media platforms like Instagram, and YouTube.
* Strong knowledge of online reputation management and digital marketing strategies.
* Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative, audience-focused content.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related role.
* Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
