Responsibilities:

•Conduct user research and gather feedback.

•Collaborate with UI engineers to implement designs.

•Ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs.

•Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices.

•Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.

•Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

•8 – 10 years experience as Scrum Master and / or former project manager (EL 3-4)

•Cross-functional Team Mobilization: Team Identification, Onboarding, Intake Engagement, & Training

• Ensure Agile Common Cadence (sprint cadence - Refinement and Sizing, Agile Planning, Capability Inspect & Adapt + Continuous Improvement)

•Crafting and refining the user story acceptance criteria

•Managing user stories, boards, helping run daily stand ups

•Cross-functional team working agreements (Tools, Communication, Artifact Management)

•Re-enforcing the agile maturity development of the scrum teams

•Assessment of team metrics and governance

•Support Product Capability lead with Communication Needs (such as Governance) and External Stakeholder Management

•End to End Release Management and Operational Readiness

•Develop project plans and manage delivery timeline to meet milestones

•Identify, leverage and apply appropriate internal standards for delivery metrics

•Facilitate interactions and activities to ensure delivery objectives are met
