Senior Data yst Customer Experience Platform

This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior DataAnalyst (Customer Experience Platform). As the Data Analystfor the Customer Experience Platform you ll work closely with theproduct teams to understand our customer s behavior and help themto inform where we focus our R&D efforts. We re a scalingteam in the midst of building the strategy and vision for thingslike AIledsupport.Responsibiilities:
- Partner with counterparts inproduct engineering finance and operations departments to producethe analyses datasets and data models necessary to measure andinform productdevelopment.
- Develop deep systemic knowledgeof data from operational systems (eg CRM or ERP software) andstrategies for continuous improvement of the reporting capabilitiesof that data.
- Prototype SQL queries to createdatasets that support product operational and revenue reportingneeds.
- Build tools and dashboards toautomate reporting and generate insights that will allow the teamto quickly and accurately see how our products and processes areperforming.
- Proactively identify areasoutside the regular stream of business requests where analytics canadd value have that canary in a coal mine mentality when it comesto data.
- Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Systems or a related field (or provenexperience in theseareas).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems or a related field (or provenexperience in theseareas).
- 3 years professionalexperience in BI Data Analytics Data Engineering or similar rolewith a focus on understanding user and behavioral data and itsrelationship to businessoutcomes.
- Robust methods for QAdata to ensure accuracy andcompleteness.
- Strong SQL &data modelingskills.
- Advanced knowledge ofETL and data pipeliningpractices.
- Ability to andcomfort with disambiguating stakeholder needs andrequirements.
Preferred:
- Relevant workexperience in a highgrowth tech or SaaScompany
- Experience usingbackend data from operational sources (Netsuite Salesforce RevPro /ZuoraRevenue)
- Experience with HexLooker Snowflake Airflow GitHub AWS dbtpython
- Familiarity withFinancial and Accounting concepts data andreporting
