What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

·Understanding of thesub-sectors of the Industrial goods industry – primarily Automotive, followedby Manufacturing, Industrial, Aerospace & Defense and Semiconductors.

·Understanding of the go tosources for the sub-segment – Key Publications, databanks, etc.

·Should be driven to stay ontop of the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies

·Should be proficient with keyterminologies used in the industry segments, to understand and provide

useful insights to the clients

·Conducting company andindustry research to deliver insightful projects

·Handling ad hoc researchrequests as per client requirements

Within Automotive:

·Understanding of vehicles (cars, buses, trucks, etc.) and theirassembly processes and the value

chain (OEM/ Tier-1/Tier-2)

·Familiarity with major automakers (OEMs) and their suppliers (tires,chips, paint, seating systems,

HVAC, suspension systems, exhaust systems/manifold, etc.).

·Knowledge of traditional vehicle components (engine, powertrain,chassis, etc.) and fuel types.

·Expertise in the electricvehicle (EV) value chain, including BEVs, PHEVs, EREVs, HEVs, and

hydrogentechnology.

·Awareness of emerging trendslike self-driving cars, Robo-taxis, ADAS, etc.

·Knowledge of EV charginginfrastructure and equipment types.

What we’re looking for:

·Master’s degree with 3 to 5 yearsof experience

·Experience in clientmanagement and communication via emails, calls, and other channels

·Knowledge of database tools –Pitchbook, Factiva, Cap IQ, etc.

·Eye for details and abilityto identify and solve issues effectively on time

·Good MS Office Skills (Excel,PPT, Word etc.)

·Ability to multitask betweenmultiple projects and meet deadlines

·Ability to practice attentiveand active listening skills

·Challenging current thinkingby implementing new ways of working

· Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense sector with understanding of both commercial aviation

(Boeing, Airbus, etc.) and defense sectors. Familiarity of aircraft manufacturers, engine makers

(Rolls Royce, GE, etc.), and component suppliers is a plus.

·Familiarity with industrial equipment (tractors, harvesters, etc.), locomotives, and the semiconductor industry (microcontrollers, sensors, memory, etc.) is a plus.
