Sr Backend Developer

Huemn is seeking a Sr Backend Developer for a full-time, mid-level position in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience and be instrumental in developing robust backend solutions that power our studio management platform. You will be working with cutting-edge technologies to ensure seamless integration and functionality, crucial for maintaining our competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in developing RESTful APIs with a strong focus on efficiency and scalability (Mandatory skill).
- Deep knowledge of Node Js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in MongoDB, proficient in designing schemas and writing complex queries for data retrieval (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive understanding of Java programming language for server-side computing capabilities.
- Practical experience with the Spring Framework to build robust enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture, capable of delivering solutions that support independent deployment.
- Strong SQL skills for relational database design and management to ensure data integrity and querying efficiency.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases, understanding its implementation and document-based schema design.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs that enable product growth and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic and technology.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identifying bottlenecks and bugs.
- Design and implement data storage solutions that ensure efficient access and consistency across various platforms.
- Work closely with the product team to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and manage deployments to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Seek opportunities for innovation by staying updated with industry trends and evolving technologies.
