Job Description :

 

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Design UI/UX Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually appealing and user-centric designs, with over 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires expertise in various design tools, prototyping, and wireframing, with a keen focus on enhancing user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Prototype: Create high-quality designs and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop. Develop user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust.
  • Wireframing: Develop detailed wireframes that outline the structure and layout of the product, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • User Experience Design (UED): Conduct user research, create user personas, and map out user journeys to inform design decisions. Implement best practices in UED to improve the overall usability and accessibility of our products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs, enhancing product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Trends and Innovations: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in UI/UX design, ensuring our products are ahead of the curve.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
  • User Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions, making necessary adjustments based on findings.

Skills Required:

  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop for creating design assets and prototypes.
  • Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
  • Wireframing: Skilled in developing detailed wireframes to guide the structure and layout of the product.
  • User Experience Design (UED): Strong understanding of UED principles, user research, and usability testing.
  • Cross-Platform Design: Experience designing for various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Interaction Design: Expertise in creating engaging and intuitive interactions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Required Experience:

  • Relevant Experience: Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences across various platforms.
