What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Product Owner to lead our security-related product line, focusing on Keycloak, User Control, Device Access Management, and API Gateway. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality security solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap: Develop a clear vision for the security product line, aligned with business objectives and market demands. Create and maintain a roadmap that outlines the product's future direction.
- Gather and analyze requirements: Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand their security needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements.
- Prioritize product backlog: Work with development teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Manage product releases: Coordinate and facilitate the release planning process, ensuring that product releases are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. Collaborate with development teams to define and execute release plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality security products. Provide guidance and support to enable effective collaboration.
- Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to security products. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and validate product strategies.
- Drive product innovation: Continuously identify and propose innovative features and enhancements to improve the security product line. Collaborate with the development team to turn innovative ideas into practical solutions.
- Measure product success: Define and track key product metrics to evaluate the success and effectiveness of security products. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
- Ensure compliance and security: Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that the security products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the security domain.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of security-related products and technologies, particularly Keycloak, User Control, Device Access Management, and API Gateway.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to gather and analyze complex requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality products within tight deadlines.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.
- Experience with software development processes and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
