Role
Asa Talent Acquisition (TA) you will be responsible for overseeingand driving the talent acquisition process for our organization.Your role will involve strategizing and implementing effectiverecruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. providingguidance and support to ensure the successful execution ofrecruitment initiatives. Your responsibilities will includesourcing candidates screening resumes conducting interviews andcoordinating the hiring process. Additionally you will build andmaintain relationships with external partners such as job boardsand recruitment agencies to expand our talent pool. Your strongcommunication skills and indepth knowledge of talent acquisitionpractices will be instrumental in shaping our workforce andcontributing to the success of ourorganization.

Inthis role you will sourcing of candidates from various channelssuch as Job Portals LinkedIn and other platforms. You will conductthorough screenings and assessments to identify the bestfitcandidates for our organization. Your excellent judgment andability to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications againstour requirements will contribute to our success in building ahighperformingteam.
Asa Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for managing theendtoend recruitment process. This includes coordinating andscheduling interviews conducting interviews yourself andcollaborating with hiring managers to make informed decisions. Youwill play a crucial role in ensuring a positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitment journey. You will leverageyour strong communication skills to engage with candidateseffectively and buildrelationships.
Yourability to communicate our organizations values culture andopportunities will help attract and convince candidates to join us.Additionally your negotiation skills will be valuable in managingoffers and closing candidates successfully. To excel in thisposition you should bring a proven track record in talentacquisition preferably with experience as a Recruitment Specialistor in a similarrole.
Yourknowledge of sourcing strategies applicant tracking systems andindustry best practices will enable you to implement effectiverecruitment initiatives. An MBA or equivalent education will bepreferred along with a genuine passion for the field of recruitmentand talent acquisition. You should possess excellent interpersonalskills demonstrating the ability to establish rapport withcandidates hiring managers and other stakeholders. Youradaptability and flexibility will be essential as you navigatechanging priorities and work in a fastpaced environment. Strongorganizational and time management skills will enable you to handlemultiple recruitment projectssimultaneously.

Sourceresumes from Job Portals LinkedIn and other channels for therequirements

Connectwith the candidate to ensure that scheduled meetings happen on timeand if there is a delay keep all the concerned partiesinformed.
Submita daily weekly and monthly tracker as per the format suggested bythe internal supervisor and the external clientmanager.
Ensurethat offer letters are released on time and keep in regular touchwith the candidates till they join the requiredorganization.
Builda database of candidates with the relevant information (Namecontact info skill sets education experience etc.) on a regularbasis and share that with the internalsupervisor.
