  •  Attend all guest callsfor Bell stand / Door Services relatedservices.
  •  Delegate bell boys to pickup the baggage from guest rooms.
  • For any guestrequests followup call is to be made back to the guest to verifycomplete satisfaction. 
  • Check theinventory of items on loan and all items are collected at the timeof on or before checkout.
  •  All baggagemovements are tagged andrecorded.
  •  Update luggage movementregister and sign off daily.
  •  Guestand other departments letters and couriers are distributed properlyand accurately.
  •  Ensure that all billsare paid and room keys returned before guests depart from the hotelpremises.
  •  Ensure that hotel shuttlebus service and airport transfer are carried out smoothly andproperly.
  •  The order requirednewspapers for the next day and monitored the delivery ofnewspapers to each occupied guestroom.
  •  Help observe safety andsecurity rules at all times.
  •  Alertthe management of any unattended packages and strangers found onthe premises.
  •  Check the daily arrivallist for VVIPs or guests with functionalneeds.
  •  Prepare for group movementsand ensure enough staffing is in place to handlegroups.
  •  Greet all guests in the lobbywarmly and professionally make them feel welcome and anticipatetheir needs before theyarise.
  •  Recognize all returning andVIP guests and welcome themback. 
  •  Helping guest serviceteam in escorting guests to and from their accommodations and alsoorienting them with the property features facilities and inroomequipment.
  •  Inform guests about allhotel and guest room features hotel facilities and emergencyprocedures. 
  •  Assist guestswith their luggage and try to acknowledge them byname.
  •  Make deliveries to guest roomsas instructed.
  •  Store and retrieveluggage and other objects forguests.
  •  Be aware of daily hotelactivities and group and VIParrivals. 
  •  Communicatespecial guest requests to the assistant. Front OfficeManager / Manager onDuty.
  •  Ensure the lobby bell closetand work areas as well as departmental equipment are clean andpresentable at all times.
  •  Assist thesecurity team in scanning all guestluggage.
  •  Offer assistance to allguests at times. 
  •  Provide anefficient luggage storage delivery and collectionservice.
  •  Perform any other work asand when assigned by themanagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 yearof relevant experience
  • Hotel fireprocedures
  • Hotel securityprocedures
