Weare seeking an experienced and driven ProductionManager to lead our manufacturing operationsensuring that production targets are met efficiently and on time.As the Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeingproduction scheduling managing daytoday operations and drivingimprovements in efficiency quality and costeffectiveness. You willimplement and maintain 5S standards focus on continuous processimprovements and ensure the highest level of product quality acrossall production lines.

The ideal candidate willhave strong leadership skills a keen eye for process optimizationand a track record of managing production teams in a fastpacedmanufacturing environment. You will play a key role in achievingour business goals by aligning production output with companyobjectives and ensuring smooth operations across all areas of theproduction process.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Production Planning &Execution: Develop and implement annual monthly andweekly production plans ensuring that production capacity meetscompany goals. Organize teams to meet production schedules andoptimize resource allocation.

  • Operational Efficiency:Oversee the daily management of production lines focusing onworkflow optimization resolving bottlenecks and improvingproductivity. Ensure efficient use of labor and equipment tomaximize production output.

  • 5S & Cost Management:Lead the implementation and maintenance of 5S standards on theproduction floor ensuring a clean organized and safe workingenvironment. Drive costreduction initiatives by minimizing wastecontrolling expenses and improving overall laborproductivity.

  • Quality Control & ContinuousImprovement: Supervise quality control processesthroughout the production cycle to ensure consistency andcompliance with standards. Promote continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance production processes and productquality.

  • Team Leadership &Development: Lead and manage production teamsproviding clear communication of goals and expectations. Foster acollaborative and accountable work environment and ensure ongoingtraining and development of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work in Mandya or Mysore KarnatakaIndia.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English isrequired.
  • Bachelors degree orhigher.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5years of experience in production management preferably in amanufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Leadership: Proven abilityto lead and manage production teams with a strong track record ofimproving operational performance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solidunderstanding of production planning workflow optimization andquality control processes.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines andensure smooth operations across all productionactivities.
  • CommunicationSkills: Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Adatadriven approach with a focus on continuous improvement costcontrol and maintaining highquality standards.
