Weare looking for a skilled and experienced QualityManager to support the Quality Director inestablishing and implementing a robust quality management systemwithin our manufacturing operations. In this role you will beresponsible for organizing and improving the quality managementframework developing a strong talent pipeline within the qualitydepartment and ensuring the successful delivery of highqualityproducts to our clients. You will also be the primary point ofcontact for customers ensuring their satisfaction with the qualityof our products and improving overall customerexperience.

The ideal candidate should havesolid experience in quality management strong leadership abilitiesand the capability to handle client relationships effectively. Youwill play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the qualitystandards across the organization with a strong focus onoperational excellence and customer satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assist the Quality Director in establishing andimplementing a comprehensive quality management system within thefactory.
  • Lead the development implementationand continuous improvement of quality processes andstandards.
  • Build and manage the talentpipeline within the quality department to ensure a capable andreliable team.
  • Serve as the key contact forclients ensuring smooth communication timely delivery of goods andhigh levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensureall quality processes are aligned with company standards andactively work to reduce risk and improve productquality.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work in Mandya or Mysore KarnatakaIndia.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English isrequired.
  • Education: Diploma or higherin a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3years of quality management experience; international workexperience is a plus.
  • TechnicalSkills: Strong knowledge of quality managementsystems and onsite management.
  • Leadership: Proven teammanagement skills with excellent coordination and risk managementabilities.
