Know it matters. The Technical Lead will be a member of the Claims Delivery team responsible for day-to-day system administration activities for our legal e-billing system.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

·Manage day-to-day processes and activities associated with emails received in the e-billing system support mailbox, including integration between the e-billing system and the claims systems.

·Conduct analysis on new issues, liaise with technical teams to support issue resolution, and document resolution actions for internal and external stakeholders.

·Effectively communicate with both internal and external e-billing system customers on the status of open tickets.

·Support coordination and collaboration between other teams that work on development or support activities related to the e-billing system and the claims systems.

·Support ad hoc report requests from internal and external stakeholders.

·Attend bi-weekly status meetings with the e-billing vendor to discuss issues, request changes, and discuss upcoming releases.

·Meet with the e-billing vendors' Legal Bill Review team to discuss any issues with invoices, anomalies within specific firms, nuances within the market, and recommended changes to align with industry standards.

·Manage workload against established service levels.

·Review and prioritize product defects.

·Identify and champion improvement opportunities.

You will report to the Head of Digital Factory Delivery.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

·Associate with relevant years of experience in application maintenance/support.

·Must be fluent in both French and English. The role requires the ability to speak, read, and write at a native or highly proficient level.

·Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

·Good analytical and critical thinking abilities.

·Excellent planning and time management skills required.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

·Should be a self-starter and a team player.

·Prior experience in Insurance is preferred but not required.

·Prior experience in Insurance Claims is preferred but not required.
