As a Sailpoint IIQ Developer at KPMG, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) technology. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and configure Sailpoint IIQ to meet the complex business requirements of our clients. You will be part of a dynamic team of technology professionals, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver best-in-class solutions.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Sailpoint IIQ Developer or similar role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Sailpoint IdentityIQ, including developing and implementing custom workflows, rules, policies, and connectors.
- Experience in integrating Sailpoint IIQ with various systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, and applications.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control, and identity lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Certified Identity and Access Consultant (CIAC), or Sailpoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, are highly desired.

8. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, operational procedures, and user manuals, to ensure comprehensive knowledge sharing and smooth handover to support teams.
9. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, architects, and security professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.
10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Sailpoint IIQ releases and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
