Seeking an experienced InternalCommunication Lead to join Marketing & Communicationsteam . This role will report to the Head of CorporateCommunications and manage the internal communications strategy tobuild employee engagement support leadership communications andincrease alignment with and execution of corporate strategicpriorities. This role will create and execute Indiaexecutive/strategic communications and internal communicationsstrategies and programs

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Head of CorporateCommunications act as a strategic counselor to senior leadership todeliver internal content that drives and aligns with companyobjectives
  • Play a critical role in driving andexecuting an effective communication strategy foremployees
  • Design and create employeecommunication content thats easy and exciting to consume
  • Manage internal communications channels such as theintranet enewsletter Yammer digital screens office forums periodicinternal emails etc.
  • Lead and manage ahighperforming team
  • Provide communicationssupport and counsel to senior executives and internal businesspartners
  • Help ensure consistency of messagingacross all internal communications between the India offices andglobal offices
  • Partner with Human Resources tostrengthen employee engagement and support HR communicationneeds

Qualification:

  • 10 years relevant work experience in multinationalprofessional services environment
  • Strongwriting editing and verbal communications skills
  • Strong evidence of creating content relevant to a youngIT/ITES workforce
  • Demonstrated ability tomanage internal client relationships including seniorleaders
  • Proven record in leading employeecommunications programs that achieve results
  • Experience leading and motivating a team;
  • Able to translate complex business and stakeholder needsinto effective narratives and messages for a variety ofaudiences;
  • Experience using an internal socialknowledgesharing content management or intranet communicationplatform;
  • Experience using Adobe Creativesuite a plus;
  • Experience in managing budgetand vendor relationships.
