PMD Electrician

• The PMDElectrician is responsible for performing preventive maintenancerepairs and troubleshooting of electrical systems equipment andmachinery across the facility.
  
• Thisrole ensures that all electrical equipment functions safely andefficiently reducing downtime and maintaining production quality.
  
• ThePMD Electrician will also work closely with other maintenance andengineering teams to ensure compliance with safety and operationalstandards.
  

RequirementsPreventiveMaintenance: Conduct regularpreventive maintenance on electrical systems motors control panelsand wiring to ensure optimal performance and reducebreakdowns.
Troubleshooting& Repairs: Diagnoseelectrical issues in equipment such as motors switches relays andPLCs; perform repairs or replacements asneeded.
ElectricalInspections: Inspect electricalsystems and equipment regularly to identify potential problems andperform necessary corrective actions to avoid unexpectedfailures.
EquipmentInstallation: Assist in theinstallation setup and calibration of new electrical equipment andmachinery in alignment with operationalrequirements.
Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs andinspections; update logs and create reports for management asrequired.
InventoryManagement: Monitor stock ofelectrical supplies and components and coordinate with theprocurement team to ensure timelyreplenishment.
SafetyCompliance: Enforce adherence toelectrical safety standards and protocols including lockout/tagoutprocedures and PPErequirements.
Collaboration:Work closely with mechanical maintenance engineering and productionteams to support operational needs and minimizedowntime.
