About the opportunity

The Chief Of Staff will work with the founders on top priorities & initiatives. You will work with senior leaders across STAGE to drive strategic priorities, initiate key projects and also keep a pulse on the internal and external environments.


The role integrates strategic decision-making support through data gathering and analysis, leading special projects which are highly entrepreneurial and deliver tangible results, cross-functional stakeholder management and conflict resolution, filtering and highlighting issues and presenting recommendations to leadership.

What you will be doing

  • Serve as the founders' principal advisor, offering astute counsel on a wide array of business-critical matters.

  • Collaborate with the founders on long-term planning, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities while mitigating potential risks.

  • Support the Founders in fundraising activities. Coordinate due diligence processes and preparation of investment materials.

  • Assist in managing relationships with investors, board members, and other key stakeholders.

  • Independently lead multiple high stake projects that impact the PnL across various functions.

  • Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives, from development to execution, under the supervision of Founders. Ensure key decisions are made, implemented, tracked, and updated

  • Monitor progress of key projects and ensure high quality & timely output. 

  • You will also be responsible for developing and executing projects that are not getting attention from other roles/departments.

  • Willingness to develop and learn subject matter expertise in OTT industry, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.

  • Create necessary presentations, data & reports for internal & external forums, meetings, and reviews

  • Serve as a STAGE ambassador at industry events and conferences, forging strategic partnerships and amplifying the organization's brand narrative

The role could be ideal for you if you

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a premiere-tier institution.

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Chief of Staff or Management Consultant.

  • Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy.

  • Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment

  • Comfortable in multitasking and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive initiatives

  • Ability to structure, summarize & present complex topics effectively

  • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
