What will set this person apart:

  • MBA Finance from Tier 1 or 2 colleges with graduation in computer science/engineering
  • Good work exposure in a tech company , preferably in a financial data related tech company l
  • Would prefer someone who has managed core operations in the past
  • Should have experience as Chief of Staff and the role should be more versatile compared to a program manager and tilted towards improving processes, documentation (like creating SOPs, documenting meetings, plans, etc), data analysis, liaison with various stakeholders for various tasks and follow ups, communication, etc.
  • Should have very strong oral and written English communication skills
