RoleOverview:The Finance Assistant Manager willplay a pivotal role in supporting the finance departmentsoperations. This position requires a proactive individual withstrong financial knowledge analytical skills and leadershipcapabilities to assist in managing financial processes andcontributing to the companys financialsuccess.Responsibilities:
  1. FinancialAnalysis:
  • Conductfinancial analysis including variance analysis trend identificationand performance metrics tracking.
  • Assist inpreparing reports and presentations for seniormanagement.
2.Budgeting andForecasting:
  • Supportthe budgeting process by gathering data preparing budget proposalsand ensuring alignment with strategicgoals.
  • Assist in financial forecasting andprovide insights fordecisionmaking
3.FinancialReporting:
  • Aid in thepreparation of accurate and timely financial statements incompliance with regulations.
  • Assist incoordinating audits and ensuring adherence to auditingstandards.
4.ProcessImprovement:
  • Identifyopportunities for process enhancements within the financedepartment.
  • Assist in implementing improvementsto streamline financialoperations.
5.TeamSupport andLeadership:
  • Collaboratewith finance team members to achieve departmentalgoals.
  • Provide guidance and support to juniorstaff fostering their professionaldevelopment.
6.Ad HocProjects:
  • Contribute tospecial projects such as financial system upgrades or processrestructuring.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; Master sdegree or CPA preferred.
  • X years of experiencein finance or accounting with exposure to financial analysis andreporting.
  • Sound knowledge of financialprinciples regulations and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in financial softwareERP systems and MS Office suite.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitaskprioritize and work effectively in a dynamicenvironment.
