JobTitle: Assistant Manager of Maintenance (EquipmentSpecialist)

1.Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager of Maintenance specializingin equipment youwill
playa crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of allmachinery andequipment
withinthe trampoline park. Your expertise with the specific machines usedin our facility willbe
essentialin maintaining peak performance and minimizingdowntime.

2.Roles and Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance repair and servicingof all trampoline
parkequipment including trampolines foam pits climbing walls and otherattractions.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technicalissues with
equipmentidentifying root causes and implementing effective solutions tominimize downtime.

Equipment Upgrades: Research recommend and coordinate equipmentupgrades and
replacementsas needed staying current with advancements in technology andindustry best
practices.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipmentinventory including spare
partstools and supplies ensuring adequate stock levels and timelyprocurement of necessary
items.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safetyregulations and standards
conductingregular inspections and audits of equipment to identify and addresspotential
hazards.

Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to maintenance staffon equipment operation
maintenanceprocedures and safety protocols promoting a culture of safety andaccountability.

Emergency Response:Coordinate and oversee emergency responseprotocols for equipment
failuresor malfunctions implementing contingency plans to minimizedisruption and ensure the
safetyof guests and employees.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenanceactivities including
workorders service reports and inspection logs to track performanceidentify trends and
informdecisionmaking.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other department managers and staffto support operational
goalsand initiatives providing technical expertise and assistance asneeded.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventivemaintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the ongoingreliability and safety of equipment minimizing the risk ofbreakdowns or failures.

RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technicalcertifications or training
preferred.

Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair preferably inthe amusement
entertainmentor leisure industry.

Expertise with the specific machines and equipment used in atrampoline park including
trampolinesfoam pits climbing walls and relatedattractions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with theability to diagnose and
resolvetechnical issues effectively.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices and procedureswith experience
developingand implementing maintenance schedules andprotocols.

Familiarity with safety regulations and standards applicable toamusement and recreation
facilitieswith a commitment to promoting a safe workingenvironment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto work collaboratively
