GIG Promoter – GT
Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for execution of day-to-day activities in general Trade with the objective of
interacting with the shoppers to promote the brand.

Do merchandising activity at stores as per calls planned -
Adherence to call cycle
Attendance recorded in the HHT
Visit to stores as per calls planned - Adherence to call cycle
Attendance recorded in the HHT
Monitor and provide OOS SKU / Outlet Report
Availability %
Liaise with store personnel, TSE - ensure delivery of stocks
Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene on shelves
Visibility %
Adherence to Share of Shelf targets for each category
Merchandising of stocks (as per guidelines provided)
Maintain Assets, Fill assets with sufficient stock
Implementation %
Inform Supervisor / FM in case of Assets is damaged or not
available
Implement promotional stock in stores
Update data in HHT
Reporting as per SLA
Click the desired pictures of the POSM/Merchandise/Display
and upload in the given devise / application.
Achievement of Sales Targets
Engage with shopper by providing more information on our
products, explain about offers / promotions to customers,
Sales Targets v/s Actuals
Behaviour Skills:
Able to communicate in Local Language. Basic understanding of the English Language
Good in arithmetic Skills
Awareness of General Trade Retail Market

Reports to: Supervisor / Field Manager
