We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business goals and effectively target audiences through demographics, interests, and behaviors. This role requires expertise in ad creation, campaign management, budget allocation, performance analysis, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

  • Create comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business goals and target audience requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure advertising strategies integrate seamlessly with overall marketing plans.

2. Audience Targeting

  • Identify and define target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Utilize data and insights to refine audience targeting for improved campaign effectiveness.

3. Ad Creation

  • Design compelling ad creatives with attention-grabbing visuals and persuasive copy.
  • Ensure all ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for various platforms.

4. Campaign Management

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve optimal performance.
  • Manage and adjust campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI.

5. Budget Allocation

  • Allocate budgets strategically across different ad sets and campaigns.
  • Monitor spending and make adjustments to ensure efficient use of the advertising budget.

6. Performance Analysis

  • Analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Use data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

7. A/B Testing

  • Conduct A/B testing to determine which ad elements resonate best with the target audience.
  • Implement findings to continually improve ad performance.

8. Conversion Tracking

  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Utilize tracking data to report on campaign performance and make informed decisions.

Examples of Duties Performed:

  • E-commerce Promotion: Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive sales for an online store.
  • Lead Generation: Design lead ads to collect user information for future marketing efforts.
  • Event Promotion: Run Facebook ads to boost attendance for webinars or offline events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid advertising, with a focus on Facebook Ads.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation strategies.
  • Knowledge and Experience of SEO and content marketing.
