Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Specialist at TGC- The Growth Co. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance management and regulatory compliance of Us staffing contract. They will also utilize their analytical skills to assess and monitor legal compliance. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the Compliance Specialist will be required to communicate compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

  • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Review Us staffing contracts
  • Preparing documents
  • Performing on-boarding activities.
  • Legal Compliance
  • Handled business insurance including all certificate of Insurance needs for the clients.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Handled & delivered all compliance reports as per the client requirements & state/Federal laws
  • Driving quality starting from signing agreement with clients to initiating background checks – to clearing all types of client/external audits.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
