Twinleaves is an e-commerce end-to-end product and solutions company, started in 2021, based in Bangalore. Our product Origin is a comprehensive suite of warehouse management systems, store management systems, end user e-commerce applications deployed for customers across a few countries globally. Pallet is a leading omni-channel solutions provider headquartered in India. We empower retailers to seamlessly integrate their physical and online stores, creating a unified and frictionless customer experience. We offer a comprehensive suite of solutions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, marketing automation, and customer relationship management (CRM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the frontend development team, ensuring high-quality code and on-time delivery.
  • Design and implement responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Establish and enforce frontend development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and drive innovation within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues, ensuring optimal application performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve their technical and professional skills.
  • Take ownership of project planning, architecture, and implementation for frontend systems.


RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in frontend development. 
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient in modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. 
    • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
    • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Vuex).
    • Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
    • Proficient in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
    • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards.
    • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js).
  • Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
