Job Overview

Chiselon Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced mid-level ReactJS Developer to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time, hybrid role requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. As a ReactJS Developer, you will work on high-impact projects, leveraging your expertise to create dynamic and responsive web applications.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with React.js, Redux, and Jest (Mandatory skill) in developing scalable front-end applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of its core principles and modern ES6+ syntax.
  • I am skilled in HTML5 and CSS3 for creating engaging, responsive, and accessible web interfaces.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to project success while maintaining code quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with RESTful services and integrating with APIs to enhance application functionalities.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git for efficient code management and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing features.
  • Write well-documented, reusable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in web development technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
