Job Description
The successful candidate will have a strong background in establishing, stabilizing, and optimizing manufacturing operations utilizing MOM and Industry 4.0 concepts to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in production shopfloor. Consulting Skills Experience creating and leading client proposals stitching the right mix of capability and Industry POV A thought leader to demonstrate deep industry knowledge and innovation in auto manufacturing via POVs and assets. Strong business development appetite while scanning market movements and creating opportunities of growth. Strong project management abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Primary Skills
Smart Plant Functional Expertise
MES capability assessment to formulate the functional architecture & design MES platform evaluation basis fitment across various strategic, financial and functional pillar Knowledge of MES tools like Siemens, NEXEED, PTC or Dassault will be an added advantage. Identify areas for improvement, mining digital use cases and develop strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality and reduce cost. Consult clients on the automation, IoT, and data analytics in the manufacturing space. Knowledge of IOT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, AWS etc will be an added advantage. Utilize data analytics to extract insights from production data, make data-driven decisions and help manage performance indicators.
Secondary Skills
Bachelor's degree in Production management, business management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. MBA from tier-1 institutes not must but will be preferred.We have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
