For this Senior Engineer role, we are seeking a candidate with a knack for innovation and a hunger to improve user experiences to help advance data management, customer experience, and sales processes and drive tangible outcomes. If you are a team player, a problem-solving guru, and have a hunger to improve user experiences, this may be an opportunity for youResponsibilities: Recommend solutions to improve and simplify customer experience Provides Tier 3 support and resolution of issues escalated by IT Customer Support Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues on a continual basis within Salesforce and integrated systems Document technical design using UML, especially Sequence and Use Case diagrams Requirements: 5-10 years of software development experience. Multiple Salesforce Architecture or Developer Certificationsare preferred 3+ years of proven experience developing using APEX, Test Classes and Lightning technologies, REST, APIs, SOQL/SOSL, BULK and Streaming API 3+ Experience integrating systems using ETL tool such as SnapLogic Able to deploy Salesforce solutions using automated test and release, .Copado, SalesforceDX
