Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality and compelling content across various channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.

Brand Messaging:

  • Craft and refine brand messaging to resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

SEO Optimization:

  • Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.

Quality Control:

  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to industry standards.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance future strategies.


Requirements:


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven 12 - 15 years of experience in content creation and management.

Leadership Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to inspire creativity and innovation within the team.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate and execute a compelling content strategy.
