  • The Senior Inspector in the Product Development Center (PDC) is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products throughout the development process.
  • This role involves conducting inspections, assessments, and testing of materials and products, providing feedback to the development team, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.


Requirements
  • Inspection & Testing: Conduct detailed inspections and testing of products at various stages of development to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and evaluations, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and production teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant industry standards and regulations, ensuring that all products comply with necessary certifications and guidelines.
