  • Lead coachand manage the field sales team.
  • Planning sales targets provide guidancemonitor performance and conduct regular performancereviews.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to developand implement sales strategies aligned with businessobjectives.
  • Identify market opportunities define target segmentsand design action plans to achieve salestargets.
  • Allocate sales territories to the team members anddefine sales coverage plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with keyclients and highvalue accounts.
  • Possess a twowheeler or fourwheeler vehiclefor traveling to different cities andlocations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clientsattend industry events and explore newmarkets.
  • Work closely with the sales team in the fieldsupporting them and resolving any challenges thatarise.
  • The sales manager and the sales representatives willwork together to achieve thesetargets.
  • The field manager should assume a pivotal role bytaking on dual responsibilities in situations where team membersare not available.
  • The marketing executive plays a crucial role incollaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure that marketingefforts align seamlessly with sales and product developmentgoals.


RequirementsQualification :

  • AnyGraduate with proven experience in salesfield
  • TwoWheeler is mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication ismust.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan toclose
  • Strong business sense and industryexpertise
  • Excellent mentoring coaching and people managementskills
