Inventory Management Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform inventory management duties of a complex nature in addition to preparing inventory reporting and reviewing inventory general ledger accounts (US GAAP), specifically maintain the daily reconciliation of POS (point of sale) and ERP systems, including inventory reporting and processing adjustments and manual corrections.
Critical Results
IDOC Error handling for LS Turkey in SAP
Analyze inventory snapshot differences between SAP and EPOS systems for LS Turkey
Verify the stock result for stock counts in SAP for retail stores and DC
Support Turkish DC in handling returns from retail stores
Prepare inventory reporting for Turkish management
Timely support all inventory related projects for LS Turkey
Test and validate new processes as well as updates in existing processes and liaise with IT for resolution
Ensure appropriate SOX controls are implemented and potential issues escalated to the supervisor in the local affiliate in order to protect the company assets for LS Turkey
Maintain an effective partnership with the local and Eugene inventory accounting teams
Requirements
Education : Graduation
Other skills and abilities:
Well organized and structured person;
Willing to go into details;
Analytical and control minded, ability to monitor and respect procedures;
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to build solid relationship;
Strong computer literacy with Excel and SAP.
Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management and point-of-sale tools
Strong communication skills;
Fluency in English (both written and oral);
Work Experience:
3-4 years previous experience in a similar role for MNC in a retail inventory environment is preferable.
