  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Make informed architectural decisions that align with business goals and ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Technical Architect/Lead in a software development environment.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 8 or more professionals.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js, with a focus on building scalable and performant applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Leading the development team through the software life-cycle to deliver systems and applications.
  • Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.

Ideal Profile


  • You have at least 4 years experience, ideally within a Software Architect role.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
