Key Responsibilities:
Provide Salesforce technical leadership for a team of developers, admins, and analysts inhouse as well as external partners
Deep and extensive knowledge, and experience of SFDC technologies including apex, lightening components, SOQL, triggers, batch apex, visual force, lightening components and lightening UISalesforce Architect level expertise and relevant experience
Liaise with stakeholders to lead the design of end to end solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Force.com platform
Thoroughly understand various managed & and developed applications for the organization, manage technical and business risks when implementing new solutions, customizations, or resolving issues
Document current and future state processes and develop technical specifications for projects and enhancements
Aid end-user application support, troubleshooting level 2/3 errors, find solutions for business use cases
Work with internal technical team members supporting applications and provide technical direction/solutions Release management (migration, refreshes, version control and deployment) as needed
Maintain Salesforce Org security updates, and thorough evaluation of business risks before deploying updates.
Develop a plan on Sandboxes to mitigate risks with business continuity of apps/portals
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements & business priorities
Work on other connected University platforms such as Moodle/Backboard and others augmenting end user’s experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 4 to 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reporting
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
