Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an In-Clinical Branding Specialist. This is a full-time position based in Malad, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in branding and marketing. As an In-Clinical Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the brand image of Illusion Dental Laboratory. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products and services.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 3 to 6 years of experience in branding and marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using design software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Passion for the dental industry and staying current with market trends.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand image of Illusion Dental Laboratory.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand development.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Manage social media platforms and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
