Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking an exceptionally talented, innovative, extremely hands-on, customer-obsessed HR leader with a passion for establishing and developing first-class HR strategies. The Sr. HRBP will business partner with leaders across various business verticals of Stores & Corporate teams as well as lead some key regional goals/projects to ensure outstanding customer focus by delivering value-add, best in class HR support to internal customer groups. Additionally, the role will drive optimization and bring lean thinking in our processes and talent systems, thus augmenting job satisfaction and talent capability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6-7 years of experience in an HR generalist role evidencing business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
- Analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance
- High quality document writing and presentation skills; facilitation skills
- Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
- Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers - Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
- Talent to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; orientated on results - while retaining all relevant information
- Bias for action and the ability to drive outcomes in a matrixed environment
- Written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills
- Experience with Organization Design and Change Management is preferred
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
