Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment to achieve the client's expected business results.


Key Skills for the Job

SAP Skills:

●        Must be SAP Certified in SAP Master Data and Merchandise Management
●        Should have very good understanding and solution architecting abilities in the core Retail master data  functionalities  and proven expertise in multiple sub-modules
●        Should have experience of working with:
o        Key Retail Master Data
o        Merchandise Hierarchy and Merchandise Category, Article Hierarchy, Article, Retail Article Types Season, BP Master, Site / PlantMaster, Assortment and Listing,
o        GL, Fixed Assets, Profit Center, Cost Center, Bank
●        Should have a deep understanding of Retail Business Processes and understanding of Retail master data impact on Processes
●        Should have a deep understanding of Data Migration methods and process
●        Should be well versed with the Technical data structure of Retail Master data.
●        Detail understanding of SAP Implementation Methodology and SAP Data migration process
●        Additional experience in SAP MDG would be nice to have skills covering Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data workflow.
●        Must have an understanding of Change impact on Data maintenance and approval requirements.
●        Must be a strong understanding of the Gloden record.
●        Have an understanding of SAP MDG interfaces with SAP S/4 Hana and third-party integration framework.

Requirements●        University degree preferred
●        Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Retail Master Data
●        Should have at least four end-to-end implementations with experience in leading solutions, tracks, and people. Solution expertise required in SAP Retail, SAP FMS, and S4HANA.
●        Expertise as a Business end user in Retail / Fashion customers would be an added advantage.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

●        Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions.
●        Should have experience in understanding SAP Implementation project methodology, phases, and work as per tight timelines as per project schedules/ resources.
●        Should be able to analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's needs.
●        Should be responsible primarily for the successful implementation of the SAP module, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients and other stakeholders.
●        Should have experience in managing complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
●        Should demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation and discussion.
●        Consultants must have the ability to understand the specific area project risks and be able to engage the right stakeholders on a timely basis.
●        Should be able to contribute to pre-sales, customer demos, Retail roadmaps, Customer POCs
●        Should be able to lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
●        Should be able to improve efficiency of delivery through knowledge assets & services creation
●        Should be able to ramp up internal colleagues
