  • Must be SAP Certified in Retail Pricing and Merchandise Management, Pricing
  • Should have experience of working with:
    • Retail Pricing
    • MRP, Markup based pricing, Discounting, Dynamic Pricing
    • Deep knowledge of Pricing Procedure and revenue booking mechanism
  • Should have a deep understanding of Retail Business Processes and understanding of Retail pricing impact on Processes
  • Should have a deep understanding of Data Migration methods and process
  • Should stay updated with the latest SAP Retail and pricing innovations to offer value-added solutions
  • Detail understanding of SAP Implementation Methodology and SAP Data migration process

Requirements

  • University degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Retail Pricing
  • Should have at least four end-to-end implementations with experience in leading solutions, tracks, and people
  • Solution expertise required in SAP Retail, SAP FMS, and S4HANA

Key Job Responsibilities

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. This involves:

  • Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions.
  • Should have experience in understanding SAP Implementation project methodology, phases, and work as per tight timelines as per project schedules/ resources.
  • Should be able to analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's needs.
  • Should be responsible primarily for the successful implementation of the SAP module, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Should have experience in managing complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
  • Should demonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation and discussion.
  • Consultants must have the ability to understand the specific area project risks and be able to engage the right stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Should be able to contribute to pre-sales, customer demos, Retail roadmaps, Customer POCs
  • Should be able to lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
  • Should be able to improve efficiency of delivery through knowledge assets & services creation
  • Should be able to ramp up internal colleagues
