We arelooking for an Academic Content Developer to join our team andcreate academic content in the format of presentations for ourcourses. Academic Content Developerresponsibilities include conducting thorough research onindustryrelated topics generating ideas for new content types andcreating and proofreading content before delivery along withcreating content for multiple platforms including website email andWhatsApp under the guidance of the reporting manager.Ultimately you ll deliver quality presentations thathelp in training our students in important digital marketingconcepts. If you re familiar withproducing educational content and have an eye for detail we d liketo meet you. Share samples of your work or portfolio of yourpublished works along with yourapplication.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Conductresearch over the internet (combining online sources interviews andstudies) and develop academic contents accordingly.
  • Workclosely with inhouse & external subject matter experts toensure accuracy & relevance.
  • Beinvolved in curriculum development and educational materialdevelopmentactivities.
  • Beinnovative and creative in the use of language graphics animationsinteractions audio video and any other elements used in thepresentations.
  • Ensurethat the content is uptodate by researching the latest trends andbest practices across digitalplatforms.
  • Innovateand improve on presentation building skills to enhance the learningexperience.
  • CreateMCQs assignments & other test material to be used asposttest material basis the modulecreated.
  • Proofreadand edit before trainingsessions.
  • Submitwork to the manager for input andapproval.
  • Coordinatewith various departments as and when required to ensure allroundconsistency.

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
