We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Our professionals work closely with clients on initiatives to balance demand and supply by helping them design their demand and supply planning processes, overlay enabling technology, and ultimately, implement the executive Integrated Demand Supply Planning process. The result is improved cost efficiency and service levels for our clients, thus increasing their supply chain’s contribution to added shareholder value and overall business effectiveness.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anaplan Supply Chain Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organisation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Anaplan solutions tailored to our clients’ supply chain planning challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, coupled with expertise in Anaplan platform functionalities and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead blueprinting, requirement sessions with client’s leadership, functional & technical teamsUnderstand client requirements & participates in as-is & to-be design discussionsConduct gap analysis with regards to industry best practices, reference models & recommend solutions. Create business blueprint documents & artifactsLead & manage the overall solution design and functional specifications designCreate customer solutions or applications on Anaplan to deploy across multiple clientsPlay a hands-on role in the project delivery & work with the project manager to estimate work resource requirementsEffectively engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organisation during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trustProvide functional and technical expertise on a project across the project teamLead preparation of documentation for the design, development, testing and implementation & training phasesSupport sales & business development teams in solutioning proposals for prospects & participate in scoping & demo sessionsSKILLS
Strong subject matter expertise in master planning, supply planning, capacity planning, & distribution planning processes mustDeep understanding of demand planning, IBP/S&OP processes desiredCritical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong multi-tasking, and time-management skillsAbility to work in an ambiguous environment and take initiativeCommitment to personal growth, practice growth, and client success on every projectProven experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives with supporting referencesQUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of relevant experience Certified in Anaplan Supply Chain SolutionsPrevious industry or consulting experience is mandatory. Experience in supply chain consulting or a project-based role at a Fortune 500 company is preferred.Advanced user of Microsoft office applications (Excel, Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word) and SQLBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or Transportation and LogisticsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate degree preferredThe ability to travel as required (30% to 60% over extended periods)
