Scrum Master

The desired candidate should have over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with good knowledge of JIRA, Agile principles, and Scrum practicesShould create or curate training materials for team members and stakeholders, including guidelines, best practices, and documentation on project critical activitiesShould lead key Agile events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environmentShould proactively identify and eliminate impediments to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project deliveryProvide expert guidance on Scrum principles and practices, helping teams adopt and optimize Agile methodologies for efficient project executionAbility to identify and address conflicts or challenges within the team, promoting a positive work environment that enhances creativity and productivityGood team player, quick learner, capable of working in high-demand work environments, and ready to accept any challengesGood verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teamsBachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant field with experience in a technology environment
