**Scrum Master with Pure Infrastructure Experience**

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in infrastructure to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the agile development process, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of infrastructure projects, and fostering collaboration between various teams. Your expertise in infrastructure will be crucial in understanding and addressing the unique challenges associated with infrastructure-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Agile Facilitation: Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, guiding the agile development process and facilitating all Scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies to understand project requirements, identify potential risks, and propose solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies related to infrastructure components. Proactively address potential roadblocks and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by promoting effective communication, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles that impede team progress. Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze project metrics, such as velocity, cycle time, and quality metrics, to identify areas for improvement and track team performance. Generate regular status reports and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Agile Coaching: Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, business leaders, and other teams, to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum X years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an infrastructure-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience with infrastructure systems, networks, and technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, data centers, networking protocols, security principles).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
