Job Description

Domain Expertise:

IT and Security Change Management (Implementing security-focused change initiatives across global organizations). Stakeholder Engagement (Managing relationships with global IT managers, information security officers, and executive leadership). Communication Strategy (Crafting clear, concise communication plans for security rollouts). Training and Adoption (Developing training materials to support security initiatives and ensure user adoption). Risk and Impact Assessment (Understanding the business and operational impacts of security-related changes). Project Coordination (Managing large-scale security projects program, including planning, execution, and tracking).

Major Responsibilities:

Drive change management efforts within the Information Security Program, ensuring alignment with METRO’s global security strategy. Develop and implement communication strategies for major security rollouts. Engage with global IT managers, information security officers, and leadership teams to promote security policies and ensure smooth adoption. Create training materials to educate employees and stakeholders on new security policies and tools. Monitor adoption and resolve resistance to security initiatives across various regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of security initiatives and policies.

Qualifications

Relevant Experience :

Minimum 8-10 years in Change Management , with at least 5 years in large-scale IT or Security transformation programs.  Overall experience in Organizational Change Management , with a strong focus on Stakeholder Engagement , Communication , and Adoption Strategies for security initiatives.

Technical Skills/Certifications:

Prosci / APMG / ACMP Change Management Certification Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Basic knowledge of security concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
